产品概述
LCM3399基于瑞芯微RK3399芯片平台设计的一款全功能核心模块，尺寸82mm*63mm。核心模块与底板的连接采用标准MXM3.0卡座连接器，并通过4颗M3的螺丝固定，牢固可靠也易于安装和维修。金手指部分采用电镀硬金工艺，更耐磨耐腐蚀，相较沉金（软金）工艺，插拔寿命更长。
